We accept returns of unused and unworn watches in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that came with the purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The watch must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- All original tags, packaging, and certification must be intact and included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized watches.
- Watches that have been resized, engraved, or otherwise modified.
- Watches purchased on final sale or clearance.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
